Questions we get.
Why not just buy a Claude subscription directly?
Claude alone doesn't connect to your stuff or know your business. The Concierge is the wiring: MCP servers to your tools, skills tuned to your work, hosting on your infrastructure, and the operating layer that keeps it tuned.
Is my data safe?
It lives in your tenant. It never trains a public model. You have full SSH and dashboard access on day one. The architecture is the same MSSP-grade pattern we built our MSP heritage on.
Will I outgrow it?
No — it grows with you. Skills, integrations, and prompts are tuned monthly. When you need more, we add capability without rebuilding.
What if Claude (the model) changes?
We swap models without changing your workflow. The skills, integrations, and tuning are at the operating layer — model selection sits underneath.
How is this different from the AI Workforce or autoshoring?
Concierge is YOU using AI. Autoshoring is AI doing a role's work. Different buyer, different scope. Some clients run both — the Concierge for owners and execs, autoshored roles for the seats that would otherwise need to be filled.
