      Two weeks of engineering work. We audit your tools, model the ROI per workflow, and pressure-test the security posture.

      Deliver

      Written deliverable pack plus a working session to walk you through it. Build plan with infra recommendation, or honest go/no-go.

    Every engagement we've shipped — including the Cyberstreams multi-tenant AI platform — started with this Assessment. The build plan that came out of it was the build plan we executed. The infrastructure recommendation is the infrastructure we operate today. It's not a sales tool. It's the engineering work that makes the next phase fixed-priceable.

    We'll tell you. The deliverable is yours regardless. The fee was for the engineering work to find out, not for permission to sell you something.

    Why pay for an assessment when others give them away?

    Free assessments are slide decks designed to close you. This is two weeks of real engineering work on your business. It costs us money to do it; we charge for it; the fee credits to the project if we move forward.

    What if we don't move forward?

    You keep the deliverable pack — the ROI model, the build plan, the infrastructure recommendation. It is yours to take to another vendor, your in-house team, or your existing MSP.
